For these Terms of Service:
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
"App" refers to the Rytr application provided
"Content" means any text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other materials.
"Device" means any electronic device capable of accessing the App, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
"Service" refers to the App.
"Terms" means these Terms of Service.
"User" refers to any person who uses the App.

To access certain features of the App, you need to create an account. Please provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your password secure. Notify the Company immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

The App, along with its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws in Turkey and other countries. Our trademarks and trade dress cannot be used in connection with any product or service without the Company's prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in any media worldwide. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize the Company to use your User Content as described in these Terms, and (ii) your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any third party.

Using the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the App
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, ChatGPT, OpenAI, or related systems or networks
Engaging in any other activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the App
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

6. Subscription

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen or/and Apple’s payment pop-up screen for a chosen subscription period.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each week, month, 6 months, year, or otherwise) until you cancel.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes & App Store/Apple ID account ("Account") at confirmation of purchase (after you accept by Touch ID, Face ID, or otherwise the subscription terms on the pop-up screen provided by Apple) or after the end of the free trial.
You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your account settings
To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period.
You alone can manage your subscriptions. Learn more about managing subscriptions (and how to cancel them) on Apple support page Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions (however, if you use Apple’s IOs 13 or later IOs versions, Apple provides you with a convenient way to manage subscriptions when you delete an app).
If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store and are eligible for a refund, you'll have to request it directly from Apple. To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Apple support page
